New vines in En Vermarin make this now a blend of eight village parcels across seven lieux-dits. Each parcel is picked separately, based on ripeness. The nose here is charming, with peaches and cream, and some floral detail. The palate follows a similar profile with a little spicy reduction. The finish is crisp and fresh, with pleasing hazelnut. Drink 2022-2027.
